Born in Greece in 1980, has started dancing in the age of 5 in Athens.

Graduated from the National School of  Dance  in Athens, Greece  in 2001.

As a dancer, has co-operated with dance  companies  (Airesis, Griffon, 58+3, Proschema, Adhoc etc.) in productions delivered  in Greece, Italy, Austria, and Rumania.  Also  with Megaron the Athens Concert Hall for the Christmas Program 2004 and 2010, with Patras - European Capital of Culture in 2006 and the National Opera of Greece.

Participated  in theatrical plays for children. see more..

Co-founded the dance company “Zeta” in 2002 and acted as a dancer and a co-choreographer for the group performances  until  2005.

Co-choreographed and danced in the performance “Sand” presented in Athens 2013. see more...

Attended seminars in contemporary dance, choreography, body control, body mind centering, yoga in Greece and Germany with: Jennifer Mann, Maya Lipsker, Kojiro Imada, Michael Klein, Stomp, Lamprini Konstantinou, Tom Thayer, Jeremy Nelson etc.

In 2013 has moved to Berlin to continue gathering knowledge and experience in dance through different styles and approaches.

Has been teaching in Greece since 2001, and in Germany since 2014, classical ballet, contemporary dance and  barre á terre, to children from 5 years old, to adults of all ages. see more...
